Hello, my name is Tiffany. I believe that every complex challenge can be solved by the people who are already in the room. That’s you and the team you lead! I’m passionate about unlocking that potential.
I have sat in so many painful meetings as a UX designer that I had no way of influencing. They would get derailed because of disagreeing opinions and when decisions were made, team dynamics made it difficult to move forward and implement the decisions. The team was left deflated and making little progress. I was introduced to a more structured way of running meetings through the Design Sprint and am convinced that there is a way to make better decisions, faster and be inclusive to every voice. I've experienced it myself and am certified as a Workshopper Master to design and facilitate workshops that do just that.
